Use Your Belly Button As A Pressure Point

Try using your belly button as a pressure point.

Apply constant pressure to your belly button with two fingers for about a minute. I know it sounds weird, but has been found to be very effective. It uses an acupressure point similar to sea bands. Give it a try.

Try combining with another method like ginger. The above plus trying a ginger salad dressing can be more effective to combat morning sickness.
